What happened to the story/dialogue scenes?

I would like to hope Im not the only one thats playing Gemini Strike because of its story. While there are generic archetypes and predictable reactions from the characters, I find myself intrigued with the war going on! I dont expect any original plot twists but I want to know more about the Gemini project and what lies are being covered up and such. Having noted this, I have to say that I am rather disappointed that hardly any interactions have come up between anyone in the story after Sector 29. But I suppose with the length of the game and limited dialogue, I guess things have to be spread out. :(

Gameplay wise, its not bad, can be a bit of a grind, and can get pretty damn mean in the later stages! Asteroids and mines everywhere plus enemies shooting those purple and red bolts at you! ARGH!
